The research aims to develop a forward-looking model for decarbonizing the economies of Central Asia and the EAEU countries in support of their sustainable development goals. For this purpose, the authors conduct a regression analysis of the impact of innovation management factors on carbon emissions. As a result, a unique decarbonization model is proposed for Central Asia and the EAEU, centered on innovation management, alongside a set of specific measures designed to support this model. The conclusion emphasizes that decarbonization in these regions should be achieved by increasing R&D expenditures from national budgets and expanding the financial scope of implemented intellectual property assets. Recommended benchmark indicators for an innovation-driven economy can serve as strategic milestones for Central Asia and the EAEU on their path toward carbon neutrality, ultimately enhancing their sustainable development outcomes. The recommendations aim to boost the effectiveness of innovation management in Central Asia and the EAEU by amplifying positive impacts that strengthen the climate resilience of these economies.

摘要
