Development of Machine Learning as an Innovative Scientific and Educational Service of Universities to Support Green Economic Growth
摘要
The research focuses on determining the prospects for developing machine learning as an innovative scientific and educational service provided by universities to support green economic growth in developing countries, using Armenia as an example. It examines the experiences of the top 20 developing countries that actively applied artificial intelligence and machine learning in 2024. Drawing on the experiences of these countries, the authors constructed an economic-mathematical model to describe the dependency of green economic growth on the innovative scientific and educational services offered by universities. The model showed that machine learning contributes to harmonious green economic growth in contemporary economic systems, provided that environmentally responsible smart industries have high accessibility to the innovative scientific and educational services offered by universities. Enhancing the commercial effectiveness of contemporary universities will be facilitated by a developed set of innovative scientific and educational services, which includes training services in artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as the development of applied solutions for the highly efficient practical application of these technologies. It will be possible to improve the operational efficiency of environmentally responsible smart industries and increase their contribution to green economic growth in developing countries through a newly developed approach to organizing machine learning based on the innovative scientific and educational services provided by universities. Armenia can accelerate green economic growth by developing a national growth model and using machine learning to balance the country’s economic and environmental interests effectively.
