This research aims to develop scientific and practical recommendations for enhancing the management of digital technologies in implementing a sustainable agriculture model within Central Asia’s innovative economy, exemplified by Uzbekistan. Through a review of statistics from 20 Central Asian countries and neighboring states in 2024, the authors revealed the remarkable effectiveness of Uzbekistan’s sustainable agriculture model within its innovative economy despite a relatively moderate intensity of digital technology management measures compared to other Central Asian nations. The scientific rationale and theoretical contribution of these findings stem from establishing a methodology for managing digital technologies to ensure agricultural sustainability in Central Asia. Regression analysis substantiated the most promising digital technology management measures for implementing the sustainable agriculture model in Central Asia’s innovative economy, identifying financial and human resource management as key strategies. Building on the author’s forecast, a set of scenarios for implementing Uzbekistan’s sustainable agriculture model within its innovative economy has been developed, contingent on digital technology management up to 2030. The empirical significance of the research results for Central Asia’s agricultural economy lies in proposing control benchmarks for realizing an optimistic scenario: increasing investment in digital technologies and innovations and expanding the proportion of personnel capable of integrating digital technologies and innovations into business operations.
