The Library is an exercise in understanding and applying the GSDP to an organisational transition that a library goes through. The essential model appears to be a stable beacon when discussing the impacts of alternative ways of implementing the organisational changes. Far-reaching changes in the operational activities appear to have no or little impact on the essential model because they mainly regard the implementation of these activities. Special attention is given to showing how revocations can be indicated in the process structure diagram.
