In this research we consider all the issues in climate neutrality as well as the use of smart eco innovations as critical way of solving problems associated with global climate change. It specifies climate neutrality as emission balancing that is achieved by carbon offsetting and carbon capture and storage. While the Paris Agreement calls for cooperation to restrain global warming, bringing about climate neutrality seems a mammoth task, especially for poor developing nations having little money and technological capacity. The chapter stresses on advent of eco innovations such as renewable energy systems, electric vehicles, and the circular economy practices to bring down emissions and promote sustainable development. Critical themes such as over reliance on developing technologies, environmental injustice associated with extracting resources, economic disparities and corporate green washing are addressed. It also examines the ‘dark side’ of climate neutrality in affluent countries, where reliance on the modern technology can obscure unsatisfactory systemic drivers of environmental degradation. The inability to stick to transition in developing countries exacerbates global equities since it is further hindered by financial restrictions and limited access to green technologies. It encourages global collaboration, equitable resource distribution, decentralised renewable systems, circular economies and inclusive technologies, to bridge these gaps. The result shows that as long as we want to realise net-zero emissions, we need focus on fair issues, ethical issues, as well as justice issues so that there is a fair, fair, fair, fair, fair and sustainable future path for all countries.
