Anxiety is a mental disorder present worldwide, with a notable increase in recent years. In response to this challenge, technological advancements offer opportunities to address social problems, and this study focuses on the development, evaluation, and testing of a mobile application specifically designed to improve anxiety. This work proposes an application that offers interactive resources and connection with mental health professionals for personalized intervention. The application is designed for Android systems and utilizes Microsoft cloud database services to ensure data accessibility, as well as components that facilitate the final development of the application. Its interface was built considering various factors related to manipulation by different types of users, and it has been optimized to be simple and intuitive, as confirmed by usability survey results. The main objective is to guide users to manage their anxiety more effectively, providing relevant tools and resources for their self-control and emotional well-being. Ultimately, the results show that anxiety is reduced with the progressive use of the developed application.
