In this study, we integrate ML algorithms to enhance the new mouth-controlled computer mouse IntegraMouse Air. This device is designed to empower paraplegics, facilitating self-directed digital work, study and communication. Our approach incorporates a ML-based respiratory training component, combining expert medical input and supervised learning methods. We seek to offer patients a personalized training experience, providing guidance and tailored suggestions for optimal training levels, based on measurements, meta-data and training history.
