Fibrofoam Concretes with Dispersed PolyARM Based on Volcanic Ash

The article presents studies of the strength characteristics and shrinkage deformations of non-autoclaved foam concretes using local raw materials from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, in particular volcanic ash, as a result of their reinforcement with synthetic and basalt fibers. The technology of preparing a fiber-reinforced foam concrete mixture is presented. The research results showed that the use of reinforcing basalt fiber in foam concrete increases the tensile strength in bending of the original matrix by 4.6 times, and in comparison with foam concrete reinforced with nylon fibers, by 1.51 times. It was revealed that dispersed polyreinforcement of foam concrete on volcanic ash provides a significant decrease in shrinkage deformations from 3.97 mm/m to 2.39 mm/m compared to foam concrete and compared to fiber-reinforced foam concrete reinforced with basalt fibers, from 2.96 mm/m to 2.39 mm/m.
