In recent years, the Arctic has garnered increasing significance as a region for economic development, driven by the discovery of new resources and opportunities for infrastructure expansion. However, construction in the Arctic region presents unique challenges, notably logistical and supply-related issues. Therefore, the development of a new supply concept based on the use of modern technologies and consideration of regional specifics is of utmost importance. The research employed a systematic approach, ensuring a comprehensive examination of the supply process as a holistic system, considering the interconnections between its elements and the impact of external factors. Key findings revealed that extreme climatic conditions, limited transportation infrastructure, and remoteness from primary production centers significantly complicate the organization of supply for construction projects in the Arctic. A comprehensive supply condition indicator was developed to assess the degree of complexity and difficulty in providing a construction project with all necessary resources. The implementation of AI technologies is associated with certain risks, such as high implementation costs, lack of source data for system training, and the need for highly qualified personnel. These factors require careful analysis when deciding to implement AI in each specific case. The success of AI implementation will largely depend on the ability to consider the region's specific conditions and the readiness of construction organizations for technological transformation.
