Powder Mixtures with Highly Dispersed Technogenic Fillers with Dense Particle Packing

The study of the granulometric composition of powder mixtures with highly dispersed technogenic mineral additives - fillers introduced into the composition allows controlling the properties of composites based on them. Their introduction into the composition of the gypsum binder allows screening the impact of water, increasing the operational properties of materials. Whereas the low density of the introduced additives provides the composite with low weight and high thermal properties. Optimization of the dispersed system was carried out according to the criterion of obtaining the densest packing of particles in the composition of a multicomponent mixture based on two carbon components of bottom ash with different dispersion and expanded perlite.
