Anthropomorphic Social Educational Robot (ASER) is the future of education. Robots are available in any form and flavour. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is there to support any educational robotic system. Why is it not there already? There is the need to decide upon the right hardware and the right support system. We present here one paradigm for ASER we call Gaia. In the Gaia approach every student is 24/7 supported by an intelligent social learning environment. The robot is not the exclusive or even the major educational intelligence agent. Although it has its own knowledge and functionalities, it is the avatar of a great distributed organic knowledge ecosystem. Thus, very small individual resource investment has a huge impact. The ASER or system of ASERs are there for the student in many capacities. And they channel in and out a great cornucopia of knowledge thus connecting incredible number of students, teachers, educators and all other resources relevant not only to education and learning but also to social life, mental health, joy and happiness of each and every student, teacher and parent.
