Feminizing rhinoplasty is a cornerstone of treatment during gender-affirming surgery. Although there is technical overlap between feminizing rhinoplasty and cis-gender rhinoplasty, there are also notable particularities to the former. In this chapter, we discuss anthropometrics and nasal analysis, pre-operative evaluation, and surgical technique for feminizing rhinoplasty, including review of the pertinent literature.
