The main research contents include: The weight reduction, crushing resistance and relative elastic modulus of calcined coal gangue concrete were tested under different parameters of 35%, 40%, 45% and 50% calcined coal gangue powder instead of concrete in concrete, and the count of freeze-thaw processes were 0, 25, 50 and 75 times to comprehensively determine the frost durability of calcined coal gangue concrete In addition, combined with the durability problem of calcined coal gangue concrete in Inner Mongolia, the method of research investigation, laboratory experiment, data analysis and the combination of experiment and photo finally comes to the conclusion that the antifreeze capability of calcined coal gangue concrete with resistance of C30 produced by calcined coal gangue powder instead of concrete is worse than that of standard concrete. The frozen resistance and other resistance of the calcined coal gangue concrete prepared by 35% substitution levels is greater than that of the calcined coal gangue concrete under the three substitution levels of 40%, 45% and 50%, which proves that under the four different substitution levels of 35%, 40%, 45% and 50% calcined coal gangue powder, the effect achieved by 35% substitution levels is closest to that of ordinary concrete. Freezing resistance and other strengths are the best.
