The Effect of Anti-sulfate Erosion Agent on the Performance of Cement-Based Materials
摘要
This paper focuses on the effects of incorporating anti-sulfuric acid erosion agents on three aspects: mechanical properties, shrinkage properties and durability properties of cement-based. The test results show that the incorporation of anti-sulfate erosion agent can effectively improve the mechanical properties of cement-based in the sulfate erosion environment, flexural strength and compressive strength increased by more than 10% on average. Incorporation of anti-sulfate erosion agents can effectively reduce the self-shrinkage and expansion of cement-based in the sulfate erosion environment. Mixed with anti-sulfate erosion agent its same age compressive strength corrosion resistance coefficient has been improved, sulfate dry and wet cycle 150 days corrosion resistance coefficient can reach more than 80%. In summary, the anti-sulphate erosion agent in the sulphate erosion environment for cement-based performance enhancement, but in the actual construction application should be selected according to the erosion environment, in addition to a single SO42− erosion conditions KZJ-KS performance is optimal.
