This article analyzes the number of accidents that occurred at road and railway crossings of “Uzbekistan Railways” and foreign countries, as well as studied traffic safety violations and malfunctions in general railway transport in the section of objects. A new structural scheme of the modern control and control system of the railway crossing has been developed, including the convenience of the system for the station attendant and the self-control of the crossing and the increase in the flow of trains in return. The mechanism of the created intersection management and control system and the modern elements and blocks used in it are presented. The program for the microcontroller of the control and monitoring device of the unguarded crossing was created and its scheme was checked in the virtual Proteus program, and the warning message about the train approaching the crossing zone was transmitted to the station attendant by display and voice.
