摘要

From engineers, working in industry, it is required to possess a variety of specific skills (the skills to develop the design documentation, work in different CAD and simulation systems, etc.). Tasks, which are reviewed by staff of structural units, where the corresponding vacancy is open, usually act as means of controlling qualification of engineer-candidates. The correctness of formulation of these tasks and requirements on their performing largely influences whether engineer-candidates’ qualification is properly assessed, and the most suitable personnel will be hired by the end. That is why qualification tasks need to be carefully assessed during the recruiting process management. In the existing investigations, there is a lack of attention to this issue. As a solution in the paper, a method and system for statistical assessment of means of controlling qualification of engineers, working in industry, for information support to manage the recruiting process based on a generalized partial credit model, are proposed. This solution was successfully approved on a task that tests owning skills of working with a simulation system GPSS World.
