Demythologisation: An Anthropology of Forgiveness
摘要
This section will analyse the relationships between demythologisation and re-mythologisation within the context of mechanical and organic solidarity. It will be argued that while the processes of history driven by Judaeo-Christianity have revealed the innocent victims of scapegoating, re-mythologisation is return to violence and an appeal to the myth of mechanical solidarity in the fact of an uncertain world.
