Various mathematical models are used to monitor the effects of the changing and transforming environment in aquatic ecosystems on the continuity of life, distribution of organisms and the effects of periodic use on the internal parameters (molecular and biochemical markers) of the living being. In this study, nonlinear mathematical calculations were used to understand the effects of toxicants, which reach increasing levels in the environment through natural or unnatural processes, on species. Especially in recent years, studies in which the interactions of toxicants in mixtures are examined practically and theoretically in ecotoxicological studies have become important. A generalized nonlinear model was created for the evaluation of analytical results obtained from chemical exposure to a catfish species under the influence of heavy metals individually and in a mixture, and an appropriate equation was provided, in this study. In general, an exemplary study has been provided for the use of computational and biological studies together.
