Collaborative studio practices as sites for emergent ecologies are explored here within the context of intra-disciplinary practice-based research. We draw on playful pedagogies of noticing and taking care to facilitate an ecology in practice of the ‘in-between’. This chapter locates marginal spaces where we enact everyday resistances together, to and with the higher education institutions in which we work.
