Global leaders advocate for eHealth technologies to enhance healthcare outcomes. Despite challenges such as project continuity, addressing functional and non-functional requirements is critical for IoT utilization in healthcare. Previous studies have focused on technological aspects, but there is limited research on improving healthcare quality by understanding actor relationships within the ecosystem. To explore the significance of digital transformation, a case study on Multiple Sclerosis (MS) focused on gait disorders and a Product-Service-System (PSS) application. Researchers conducted a literature review and semi-structured interviews with key agents involved in MS patient care. The results offer insights into improving healthcare quality, with a particular emphasis on patient satisfaction.
