Employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology, this paper delves into the key variables contributing to the perception of sustainability in fashion companies. It systematically evaluates these variables to understand their influence on the overall sustainability of the business. The results of this research indicate that work-life balance is the most crucial factor in achieving a perception of sustainability within fashion companies. Specifically, flexible work arrangements and optimal working conditions are identified as the most important variables driving this perception. Additionally, this research explores the interconnectedness of these factors with broader sustainability goals, providing insights into how fashion companies can implement effective strategies to enhance their sustainable practices.
