This study proposes a multidimensional approach using the AHP to evaluate the implementation of Industry 5.0 (I5.0) in any organization. Four key dimensions were identified in the evaluation: Sustainability, Human Factor, Resilience, and Organizational Strategy, broken down into criteria and sub-criteria. Industry experts weighted the importance of each criterion, allowing for the calculation of their weights both locally and globally. The results revealed that Financial Sustainability and Collaboration in the Human Factor are crucial aspects. Resilience, with an emphasis on Flexible Business Processes, also proved to be essential. Organizational Strategy, focused on I5.0 Enablers, emerged as a strategic pillar. This methodological approach provides a guide for informed decision-making in the implementation of I5.0, highlighting the importance of considering these multidimensional aspects for sustainable success.
