The aim of this paper is to jointly analyse the concepts of Digital Servitization (DS) and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) through a bibliometric analysis complemented with a network map. The interdisciplinary nature of the interaction between DS and IIoT, observed in fields such as engineering, computer science, and business management, is acknowledged. The scientific community contributes to the restructuring of traditional business models towards DS, especially in the design of intelligent Product-Service Systems (PSS) in the IIoT environment.
