This work proposes a low-cost information system that allows SMEs to increase the operational efficiency of their warehouse management, without the need to implement costly real-time location systems (RTLS). It uses NFC technology, available in conventional mobile devices, as well as a management platform developed as Software as a Service (SaaS), directly usable without the need for local computing infrastructure.

摘要
