This paper presents key findings from a study involving graduates from two different educational tracks within Industrial Engineering at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid (ETSIIM) of Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. The study explores the current professional status of the graduates and gathers their perspectives on the education they received. The aim is to better align the curriculum that the different paths offer, with the demands and needs of the similar professional environment they encounter.
