Inclusion of Disabled People in the Workplace: Systematic Review from the Perspective of Ergonomics and the Perception of PwDs
摘要
The inclusion of people with disabilities (PwD) in the workplace is relevant to society from the social, economic and professional fulfilment standpoints. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review with the aim of verifying the state of the art on the subject of including disabled people in the work environment from the point of view of ergonomics and disabled people. The method used in this article was adapted to the Cochrane, with a research question, a protocol with defined criteria for searches in the Web of Science database and the use of VOSviewer software, version 1.6.20, to help visualize bibliometric networks. This document concluded that the articles analyzed deal with issues related to the fields of ergonomics with the aim of fostering inclusion, however, not much is referenced within the context of ergonomics, which may represent an opportunity for studies to be carried out from this bias considering the inclusion of people with disabilities in the stages of work.
