Folk art craft holds significant importance in preserving the historical and cultural heritage and the folk traditions of the people, fostering the tourism sector, and expanding the range of tourist products. Currently, the Kyrgyz Republic harbors potential opportunities for the advancement of folk crafts, owing to the peculiarities of its historical development and the economic structure of the Kyrgyz people. Nevertheless, the development and placement of folk crafts possess certain intricacies and challenges. Accordingly, the authors analyze the financial and economic performance, namely the dynamics, structure, and composition of revenues and expenditures of the state enterprise “Kyyal,” exploring the factors influencing their dynamics based on data from recent years. The analysis results indicate the necessity for urgent measures to enhance the enterprise’s efficiency and identify reserves for revenue growth. The financial and economic activities of the state enterprise “National Union of Folk Artistic Crafts ‘Kyyal’” are characterized by an overall positive trend. The enterprise possesses reserves for revenue enhancement and cost reduction. It is recommended to systemically analyze revenue sources and expenditure items, study the impact of factors on their fluctuations, and establish a planning and forecasting system based on these outcomes.
