Innovation in Climate Change: Empowering Future Financiers Through Advanced Foreign Language Education Technologies in University 4.0
摘要
The research aims to assess the efficiency of integrating contemporary educational technologies in an environmentally friendly manner to enhance the acquisition of a second language (L2) within a professional context, focusing on promoting student satisfaction. Employing a qualitative methodology, this research utilizes content analyses and student questionnaires to investigate the impact of various educational technologies that align with ecological considerations. The survey seeks to uncover students’ perspectives, attitudes, and opinions regarding the use of these technologies from an ecological standpoint. The gathered insights from the study offer suggestions to make teaching processes more eco-friendly in today’s non-linguistic universities. The usage of environmentally conscious educational technologies can transform the way professional English is taught at universities. It is important to create a personalized, interactive learning environment, focusing on evaluating students’ progress while keeping an eye on the environmental impact. The research has demonstrated that through the effective integration of educational technologies, non-linguistic universities play a vital role in fostering language proficiency, industry-specific skills, and digital literacy and equipping prospective professionals in the finance sphere with the necessary competencies to contribute to the global fight against climate change actively. In the face of unprecedented environmental challenges, it becomes increasingly crucial for future financiers to possess a multifaceted skill set that extends beyond traditional financial expertise.
