While creating public goods and satisfying consumer needs, businesses also harm the environment and create negative results from a public perspective. In this sense, entrepreneurship that creates additional results from private and public perspectives is increasingly appreciated. The research addresses the challenges of ensuring proper information support for managing the social responsibility of organizational activities. Financial statements published by organizations fail to provide comprehensive information on ESG activities, including non-financial aspects and consequences of those actions. As a result, this hinders the ability to make effective managerial decisions related to ESG activities within the business sector. In this context, the authors propose a concept of information provision derived from ESG activities that will enable effective management of an organization’s economic activities from a sustainable development perspective and demonstrate the process of fulfilling corporate social responsibility within the economic framework. Ways to improve management information for sustainable business development within the ESG framework are also presented.
