The research examines ways to improve credit and investment conditions for innovative development of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan in the context of deepening integration relations and clarifies their theoretical and practical provisions. Based on the analysis and assessment of credit and investment conditions for the innovative development of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan, the authors identified problems in this area and ways to solve them. Moreover, the authors determined the factors and circumstances of the low level of investments in this sector. The authors emphasize the need to develop an appropriate infrastructure, advance agricultural science, and enhance its practical significance. Additionally, improving investment and credit support for the agricultural sector is crucial. These steps will facilitate the sector’s transition to an intensive production model, creating the necessary conditions for its future innovative development. The subject and object of the studied topic are organizational and economic mechanisms associated with credit and investment conditions for the development of the agricultural sector of Kyrgyzstan on an innovative basis in the conditions of economic integration. The authors try to develop specific proposals for the agricultural sector on an innovative basis with the help of credit and investment support from the government. Based on the research, the authors substantiated the theoretical and methodological provisions of the credit and investment conditions for the innovative development of agriculture in Kyrgyzstan, considering practical recommendations. The research methods are system analysis, economic and statistical, monographic, comparative methods, and others.
