The research aims to clarify the scientific and methodological aspects of the current state and prospects for developing the processing industry in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR) within the context of economic integration. Additionally, it seeks to provide practical recommendations. The research subject is organizational and economic mechanisms that shape the development prospects of processing enterprises as they integrate into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The authors identified the key issues related to the processing industry and proposed primary solutions. The economic scope of the research includes the analysis of legal, regulatory, and methodological frameworks within Kyrgyzstan’s processing industry, as well as the economic relations between business entities. The validity and reliability of the research results were ensured by applying scientific research methods, established principles of economic theory, and contributions from domestic and foreign scholars. The study employed system analysis, economic-statistical methods, monographic analysis, and comparative approaches. The current management system in the processing industry requires substantial reforms in production processes and product sales, offering a genuine opportunity to overcome the existing crisis in the sector.
