Evaluating the Efficiency of Industrial Enterprises in the Context of Sustainable Industry Development
摘要
The research object is small textile manufacturing enterprises in the Republic of Uzbekistan. As of 2023, the volume of gross product and total income from products sold determines economic growth. From 2019 to 2022, textile production provided 94.9% profit growth for “Urgut Gulbahori” LLC. The key factors in the development of the textile industry in Uzbekistan are the low cost of labor, the availability of the most important raw material base (raw cotton), and proximity to export markets. The authors demonstrate that implementing cotton and textile clusters in the industry offers significant potential to enhance the population’s quality of life. The export of finished textile products is increasing, generating additional revenue for the budget through high-value-added goods. Data from the limited liability company “Urgut Gulbahori” for 2019–2022 show that the gross product volume in 2019 was 362,454 thousand sums. In 2020–2022, this indicator increased compared to 2019, reflecting growth in gross product volume and income from product sales.
