With today’s advances in technology, very simple dynamic models that have rigid links are becoming less and less acceptable for use. More complex models that consider link elasticity have to be applied. This is due to the increasing intensity of technological processes and greater operating speeds of machinery, which results in higher levels of oscillations. When creating machines, an essential task is to reduce dynamic errors caused by elastic oscillations of their mechanisms and the dynamic properties of the motor in steady-state and transient operating modes. This problem is especially important when we create new high-performance machines, in particular, industrial robots, positioning platforms, etc.

摘要

With today’s advances in technology, very simple dynamic models that have rigid links are becoming less and less acceptable for use. More complex models that consider link elasticity have to be applied. This is due to the increasing intensity of technological processes and greater operating speeds of machinery, which results in higher levels of oscillations. When creating machines, an essential task is to reduce dynamic errors caused by elastic oscillations of their mechanisms and the dynamic properties of the motor in steady-state and transient operating modes. This problem is especially important when we create new high-performance machines, in particular, industrial robots, positioning platforms, etc.
