It is theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed that the effectiveness of polymer composite modifiers depends on the temperature and time mode of their application in the considered case with respect to asphalt concrete. The adhesive strength of the binder bond to other fractions of the composite depends primarily on this. The optimal values of temperature and process time depend on the nature and brand of the materials used. A methodology for determining the characteristics of the binder, which should be known to perform practical calculations, has been developed.
