Denoising Audio Signal for Restoring Audible Quality in Wireless Acoustic Sensor Network (WASN)
摘要
This research paper presents a novel technique to remove unwanted signals or noises from the received audio file during communication in a Wireless Acoustic Sensor Network (WASN). An adaptive selection method along with a noise removal technique is considered to address the major issues of unwanted signal or noise in WASN. The present algorithm is carried out by describing the categories of undesired signals, time range, frequency and employed a digital signal processing system that comprises the construction of various types of filters depend on the types and quantities of noise. In this study, four types of filters are utilized for eliminating noises from an audio by evaluating the present technique in Matlab environment. The simulation results present efficiency of the proposed technique along with its noise removing capability without affecting audible quality. The present technique also establishes a comparison analysis with respect to existing techniques based on different performance measuring parameters.
