The main objective of this research is to redefine the importance of the heritage perspective in the scenario of sustainable urban development, updating the methodologies. In this case, by focusing on the implementation of intermediate processes between urban planning and heritage intervention projects, processes associated with the identification of attributes and values. Likewise, progress will be made in the implementation of evaluation mechanisms that make it possible to control the changes, as well as the possible effects and impacts that may occur as a consequence of the intervention processes associated with heritage management.
