A fresh and persuasive viewpoint on the supply chain sustainability field is provided by Circular Supply Chain Management (CSCM), which incorporates the circular economy’s tenets into supply chain management. An alternative to the prevalent linear economic paradigm of both manufacturing and consumption is the circular economy, or CE. Circular supply chain management is the process of integrating the CE into supply chain management. This chapter sheds light on how the CE supply chain and sustainable development objectives are related. CESC methods are now one of the approaches for achieving the SDGs. The most prominent and often spoken about SDG targets are SDG 2, SDG 8, SDG 9, SDG 12, SDG 14, and SDG 15. CESC can be used to achieve the SDGs, possibly with the help of industry 4.0 technologies like big data, IoT, and data analysis. These technologies can help materials move through the supply chain by enabling information traceability and transparency. Usage of CESC, which is flexible and relatively broad, enables both SMEs and major corporations to use it. To attain sustainability, CESC may have a significant influence on the manufacturing, agricultural, waste management, and natural resource sectors. Given the broad scope of CESC and its adaptability to other industries, industry research ought to concentrate on providing more detailed information about the possible sectors.
