This review on innovative technologies in agriculture aims to present the possibilities of reducing the impact of pesticides on the environment and increasing the resilience of agriculture to climate change. Climate change is leading to major global challenges by disrupting weather patterns and changing ecosystems worldwide. These changes have a major impact on the dynamics, distribution, and behavior of pests, thus directly affecting the performance of pesticides. This chapter presents the importance of developing integrated pest management, which is closely linked to exploring the potential of ecological and biological pest control methods to mitigate the adverse effects of climate change on pesticide efficacy. Furthermore, this work highlights new research directions that focus on improving the safety and effectiveness of biopesticides and nanopesticides while minimizing their impact on the environment.
