摘要

The opportunities for improving the technical and technological base of science-based industries of mechanical engineering in manufacturing industries are analyzed. The possibilities of restoring the working surfaces of elements of kinematic pairs that are in contact and bear friction and destruction during operating process are determined. It is proposed to apply a layer of specialized fine sintered structural material with flowing properties to the least-worn surface of the product. The most popular methods and means of laser-sintered surface coating have been established, used to restore the physical-mechanical, thermophysical and tribological parameters and surface characteristics of part faces. Functional block diagram of devices for laser-sintered surface coating are considered. Standard design solutions for the constructive implementation of modern disk fluidizers and fundamental design shortcomings of foreign fluidizers, which predetermine the formation of structural defects in pads, have been identified. The reasons for the formation of blowholes in indistinguishable layer of metal supported on the workpiece surface are analyzed. For the first time, a new design solution has been proposed for the domestic fluidizer project engineering, which has patent novelty. Experimental samples of original devices for supplying powder to the laser melting zone were manufactured and tested. A description of the methodology and algorithm for the functioning of the developed and manufactured equipment is given. The dependences of the powder mass flotation rate on the rotation speed of the dosing disk of the developed and manufactured fluidizer were obtained.
