The article presents and analyzes the detailed instrumental survey results of the six-story business center building foundation structures in Moscow. The pile tested type is P 80.30. The pile reinforcement parameters are 4Ø12-A300. The maximum pile load-bearing capacity by material is 1000 kN (100 t). The pile tests were carried out using a static indentation load. These tests purpose was to determine the pile settlement on the static indentation load dependence and to clarify the pile actual load-bearing capacity. The building foundations actual bearing capacity was established based on the piles test results, taking into account the loads provided for by the project, the foundation soils and building foundations technical condition was determined, and recommendations were issued for restoring the foundations for the further safe building operation. The pile restoration is required by installing a reinforced concrete core connected to the foundation frame. It is also necessary to restore the piles cut out for testing in other foundation frames.
