The article presents an engineering survey of the technical condition of the fence of the Assumption Cathedral (built in 1856, 1876), an object of cultural heritage. The analysis of the survey results revealed the causes and nature of deformations in the fence structures. A detailed inspection, which included visual inspection, measurements of geometric parameters and assessment of the condition of materials, made it possible to identify the areas with the greatest damage and their nature. Critical areas have been identified that require priority attention during the subsequent development of an emergency response project directly at the facility. The results of the survey, combined with an assessment of the historical and architectural significance of the fence, will form the basis for the development of recommendations for repair and restoration work. The project is aimed at restoring the required strength characteristics and aesthetic appearance of the fence, which will favorably affect the preservation and perception of the historically significant architectural monument. The restoration of the cultural heritage site will increase its value for the cultural environment of the city. The data obtained are of direct practical importance for the preservation and restoration of cultural heritage sites with similar manifestations of stress-strain state.

摘要
