Green Education and Educational Observation

The article covers the importance of green education and observation as a method of green education and also determines the significance of the formation of new environment-oriented thinking, examines probable directions for the development of the system of environmental education, and specifies the tasks of green education in the present educational system. Nowadays, the environmental literacy of the population is an urgent need, since the crisis caused by the scientific and technological revolution can lead to an environmental disaster. For many centuries, people did not develop a thoughtful attitude to nature. And only now people have realized that uncontrolled use of natural resources is a road to nowhere. Rational management of natural resources and environmental preservation has become a priority issue throughout the world. For this reason, green education has become one of the conditions for achieving harmony with nature. The importance of environmental education is caused by the global character of environment-related problems facing humanity and the impossibility of solving them without developing environmental responsibility and environmental culture.
