摘要
This article provides a thorough analysis of how eco-smart tourism practices are being incorporated into the hotel business in Azerbaijan. It specifically explores the connections between advanced technology solutions and sustainable management techniques. The study examines the impact of smart technology and green marketing on customer happiness and environmental sustainability by conducting a thorough survey of 150 hotels. The research employs sophisticated analytical techniques to establish a clear connection between the implementation of intelligent technology and consumer satisfaction, as well as a direct relationship between green marketing strategies and improved environmental sustainability. The results emphasize the crucial function of environmental sustainability as an intermediary, augmenting customer happiness via the implementation of green marketing strategies. The overall importance of integrating intelligent technology with efforts toward sustainability to achieve remarkable operational and environmental results that meet the changing needs of customers is stressed in this research. This means that Azerbaijan’s hotel industry cannot remain aloof from current global sustainability goals. The study assists in the recommendation of a practice through which digital/sustainable practice could be effectively implemented in the context of small- and medium-scale enterprises. It therefore seeks to emphasize that policy and resource support lead to labor dynamics for the cause of business growth and resilience within the global market, in particular, and in the domain of digital and environment consciousness, in general.
