Determination of Industry 4.0 Conceptual Awareness of Students in the Digital Transformation Process in Education and Education 4.0 Reflections

This study, which integrates qualitative and quantitative research techniques, aims to determine the level of Industry 4.0 conceptual awareness of university students and examine the reflections of Education 4.0 in the university where the research was conducted. In determining the student’s understanding, the general survey model was used in accordance with the quantitative paradigm, and the scale was applied to 829 students who participated in the research. Document analysis was used to determine the reflections of Education 4.0 in the university where the research was conducted. In addition, the reflections on Education 4.0 in the university where the research was conducted were mentioned, and examples were given. It is thought that the study will be a role model in applying Industry 4.0 and Education 4.0 processes in developing and improving the students of other higher education institutions that have to adapt to the dizzying transformation in the world.
