Demand Function in Labor Markets of the Agricultural Sector of Azerbaijan

This article presents an analytical study of the demand function in labor markets within the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan. It focuses on the characteristics of labor demand in agriculture and explores the factors influencing its dynamics. To analyze the demand function in the agricultural labor markets of Azerbaijan, we utilized data on employment, labor market trends, and the country’s economic development. Econometric methods were employed to assess the impact of various factors on labor demand in agriculture. Our analysis revealed that the demand function for labor in the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan is influenced by factors such as technological changes, seasonal fluctuations, prices for agricultural products, availability of capital and labor resources, and government policies related to agriculture. In conclusion, our study underscores the importance of developing and implementing targeted strategies aimed at stimulating labor demand in the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan. Such strategies not only contribute to increasing employment levels but also lead to improvements in working conditions and enhanced economic activity in rural areas of the country.
