摘要

This study investigates the level of trust concerning employment opportunities, leadership quality, innovation, and fair treatment between universities and their stakeholders, including academic staff, managers, students, and alumni. Utilizing fuzzy logic, the research assesses the subjective perceptions of trust across these groups. Findings reveal nuanced perspectives, with a substantial proportion of respondents expressing confidence in the relationship between universities and stakeholders. However, variations exist among stakeholder groups, with differences in perceived trust levels. Despite these disparities, no statistically significant variances are observed across different university profiles. The study underscores the importance of understanding and fostering trust within the university ecosystem, recognizing the multifaceted nature of trust perceptions among stakeholders. The application of fuzzy logic offers a nuanced approach to analyzing subjective constructs such as trust, providing insights into the complexities of inter-organizational relationships within the academic context.
