The Quality of the Green Economy as a Private Indicator of the Level of Ecological Civilization of the Country

The crises of recent decades prove the instability of the existing model of global economic development, and therefore the concept of a green economy has become a strategic priority in government management in many countries. The situation is aggravated by the deepening of world economic globalization, the COVID that has recently befallen the world and the political instability that has arisen in various rather large geographical areas of the Earth. At the same time, adjustment of macroeconomic policy has become a necessary condition for the existence of states. In connection with the above circumstances, to study the construction of public policy, taking into account the aspects of the green economy, an attempt was made to model the most important component element, such as the quality of the green economy, which itself is included in the subsystem of ecocivilization concepts. This indicator consists of ten factors. By applying existing models from the theory of fuzzy sets to this indicator, it was possible to rank the main factors and identify the more significant ones in order to improve the quality of the green economy for the region, in our case for the Republic of Azerbaijan.
