摘要

The given article refers to discussion of the importance of green education and solution of problems of sustainable learning. Learning is a process that lasts a lifetime, in constant interaction with the social environment. Sustainability requires viewing society and nature as one. We all know that a person has certain basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing, health, education, and etc. However, life support systems cannot be overburdened either by resource extraction or by waste and pollution. We must not forget about the cultural and emotional aspects of human life. Preserving long-term natural processes is an extremely important task. This is a kind of life insurance for nature in all its forms, including human life. The ecological context provides the external framework for all human activities. Many educators prefer to talk about the ecological dimension as a framework, keeping in mind that sustainability also involves coexistence with other people. The purpose of education for sustainable development is to support youth in acquiring relevant knowledge, values and skills. Thus, sustainable development must integrate human, social and economic dimensions. Green education is vital for promoting sustainable development. The main goal of education for sustainable development is to ensure that everyone receives the appropriate knowledge and motivation to achieve and live in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. Education for sustainable development can be seen both as a general perspective and as a process taking place in a changing world. The long-term goal is to live life in the best possible way, without causing harm to others, the environment and society in either time or space. In this case, a specific person is required to have the ability to act to achieve sustainable development, which implies the presence of appropriate knowledge, capabilities and motivation.
