Investigation of the Possibility of Assessing Abnormal Floods in Foothill Areas Based on the Method of Landscape Water Potential
摘要
The question of the conditions for the occurrence of an abnormal water flow causing flooding of foothill areas is analyzed. The concept of landscape water potential (LHP) is used as a basic one. The results of the corresponding model studies of the dependence of the volume of excess abnormal water mass appearing on the area of the flooding area are used. The type of function of dependence of the specified territory on the water potential as well as various indicators of the appearance of an abnormal water mass leading to flooding of the territory are investigated. Using the variational optimization method, the conditions under which the average integral values of the entered indicators reach.
