Social Welfare Aspects of Green Economic Environment and Methodology of Effective Organization

The green environment, being a system of relations, is formed as a factor of secularism and integration based on the concept of economic, social and security. In modern conditions, the establishment of economic development, which is considered as the basis of social well-being, based on innovative approaches, determines the economic regulation policy and ways of solving population problems in each country as a strategic goal. Green environment-oriented economic and social policy, management aspects take into account the existing territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, the potential of its natural resources and population factors, acquire scientific-theoretical-methodological characteristics. The article examines the theoretical-methodological and socio-economic aspects of the formation and organization of the green environment, the potential of the green environment in the Republic of Azerbaijan in the direction of increasing social well-being and the aspects of effective organization of its use. In the new conditions of the republic, the directions of the concept of green-smart activity in the regions freed from occupation are substantiated, concrete organizational-economic and management mechanisms are shown.
